Best little box for the money
Nice little box. Does have limitations, but for the price is amazing. WiFi is excellent, true Android TV BOX, Google certified. Set up is very important, many apps can be uninstalled, the ones that can't most can be disabled increasing storage area. I have put 10 Pro Apps on this device and still have 3.5 gigs of free space. Again knowing how to set up these devices is critical, not going to give a tutorial on this subject. Been streaming live TV channels in full HD quality for 3 days , working perfectly. Remote control is very responsive, Google Assistant works great in all my Apps. Only downfall is no Ethernet connection, you can hook up an OTG cable with Ethernet adapter and USB. Was able to side-load apps form USB Thumb drive using OTG Cable and USB 3Port adapter with Gigabyte Ethernet port. I have been using many of these for my clients, no issues!

Better then Firestick Good little box. Missing external ports
Nice box. I would be nice to have more then 2Gb ram but still good. Nice to have true Google TV and not mobile android running like most cheap boxes. Comes with a very short HDMI cable so I just bought a cheap longer one. Runs Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, and all the other streaming Apps. You could add Kodi if you still use it. I find much better alternatives without the hassle of Kodi. But unlike Amazon you can simply grab Kodi from the google play store. Played 4K video smoothly in Plex. Even high framerate 4K played fairy smooth. But I dont see anyone using it for that as none of your normal streaming apps free or paid typically do that. Def a powerhouse in a tiny package. someone here said trouble with 5Ghz but I had no issues running 5ghz band at a trade show wifi or at my house.

Nice replacement for GGCC
Got this to have a little more horsepower when streaming higher quality video since the Google CC kind of fails at anything above FHD / 5.1 audio. I've managed a few different 4K/5.1 / atmos streams without the sever not needing to transcode them which was the goal. There are some quirks though w/ audio through ARC where the volume is at a static setting and not adjustable from the Dynalink. The other thing I like is this doesn't require me to restart my soundbar as often because you can get to the main menu / settings w/o it disconnecting from the SB like the CC. One thing I don't really like is the RF situation with the remote as it's kind of more of an IR remote where you do have to aim it a bit to get it to function w/ the box. Otherwise it's a great little powerful alternative to roku / google / amazon.

A new life for my old TV
I love this TVBox! I have a 42" Samsung SmartTV that is already years old and whose system is already obsolete, it is no longer able to use the applications of the current streaming platforms, so I have been using it as another monitor on my PC to play video games and watch anime in my studio, but thanks to this TVBox I have been able to give new life to my old TV. To my surprise, this device is very small and discreet, so it goes unnoticed, it hardly takes up any space, which makes it perfect for those who want to keep their space clean. Beyond my expectations, it has many interesting functions and works very well with the main HTPC type applications, such as KODI (which is quite cumbersome to configure), it also works very well with the applications of streaming platforms, such as Netflix, Amazon, HBO, among others. It was very easy to configure it and connect it to the network, and it even allows me to perform certain remote actions through Google Home. It also works quite well with the built-in voice assistant that is activated from the remote. Since I have quite a bit of video on my NAS, I used VLC as my video player, and it was really easy to connect it to the shared folders. So far, I have not had any major problems with the TvBox, and given my work model and requirements, I have not felt that it is missing anything else, although other users may miss a USB port or a wired network connection.

Works perfectly for me
This is my only experience with a product like this, so I'm not comparing it to anything. I wanted to stop using a PlayStation for video services and so far this has been great for me. It set up easy, and works perfectly with the Sofabaton remote so it integrates with my home theater set up nicely. I am a casual user with only 7 apps installed and the Dynalink box has been perfect if your needs are greater I can't help with that. Also this is a basic box you it will not side load and can't be hacked so it is really best suited to the person who just wants to stream a few commercial TV apps and for that it is perfect excellent image quality excellent price. Now the only problem I have is, if I turn off the power it will turn itself back on after about 10 or 15 minutes. I find this annoying because for reasons I haven't figured out yet it will turn on my home theater receiver as well, suddenly there will be a show playing without video. My fix is now I just back out all the way to the home screen and leave the TV box power on then when I turn everything else off....... silence. If you are a casual user and just want an low cost high quality TV streamer this is worth it

Good quality
The Dynalink Android TV box is impressively compact, making it a great size for a TV box. The included remote control with a microphone is a convenient feature, making searching for content a breeze. The presence of the Android TV operating system is a significant advantage, providing a seamless user experience. In terms of performance, I must say that it operates very smoothly, and I haven't encountered any issues in that regard.

Similar specs to Chromecast with Google TV
First impressions after a couple of days: The Dynalink has similar specs to the Chromecast with Google TV, they're about the same size, they were released around the same time, and they've both been updated to Android TV 12. I like the Dynalink better! Pros: -The Android TV interface (vs. Google TV). It's much simpler, much more customizable, fewer ads, and it's far faster and lighter. -Overall performance is a bit snappier than the Chromecast. -Wifi performance is excellent. Better than the Chromecast, far better than the Shield, almost as good as the Fire TV Cube (on Wifi 5). -A bit more available space for apps vs. the Chromecast (4.7 GB vs 4.4 GB). Every little bit helps with low specs like this. -Remote control is comfortable in the hand and feels solidly built. -It's really cheap - only about $30. -Unlike most Android TV boxes other than Chromecast and Shield, the Dynalink is not from some shady Chinese tech company. Dynalink is the house brand of Askey, a subsidiary of Asus, which is Taiwanese. -Relatedly, the Dynalink does not have preinstalled bloatware (not counting what's standard with Android TV in general), and generates no extra network traffic. Only calls home to Google and your streaming services. Cons: -Does not support Dolby Vision. (This doesn't matter if you have a Samsung TV like I do.) The Chromecast does. But they both support HDR10+ and HLG. -The remote control has fewer buttons than I prefer, and does not support IR. No input button. Even if you pair another remote like the G10 or G20 reference remote, you can't set up IR. But HDMI-CEC works well. -Low specs - not much RAM or storage, like the Chromecast and so many other devices in this price range. -Does not support AV1 codec - neither do the Chromecast or the Shield. -Although it appears to wake from sleep quickly, it's unresponsive for 30-45 seconds after waking. Then it's fine. -No extra ports, but works fine with external storage or other accessories with a OTG dongle or cable. I like it better than the Chromecast mainly because I like the Android TV interface much better than the Google TV interface. EDIT: Downgraded from 4 stars to 3 stars after a couple of weeks. It turns out that the Dynalink can often be quite glitchy. Sometimes it's randomly sluggish, sometimes unresponsive to the remote, sometimes responds to the remote erratically. Sometimes it forgets the mic on the remote, and a re-pair or a restart fixes it.
