Al Bundy: Why is it that Elvis is dead and I'm the one in hell?
The third season of "Married with Children" had the Bundys and Rhoades laugh and entertain for another season. The 22 episodes here includes the lost episode of "I'll See You in Court" which is a lot tamer by today's standards. In the late eighties, "Married with Children" was a groundbreaking sitcom about dysfunctional families and marriages. The first disc includes titles such as "He Thought He Could" about Al returning an old library book to the library; "I'm Going to Sweatland" where Elvis Presley makes a presence; "Poke High" where Kelly wants to attract a football player; "The Camping Show" was about the women getting their periods all at once on a camping trip originally titled "The Period Piece;" "A Dump of My Own" when Al builds his own bathroom; "Her Cups Runneth Over" when Al and Steve go to "Francines of Wisconsin" and "The Bald and the Beautiful" when Al and Steve feared balding with Graham Jarvis as a guest star. The second disc includes titles such as "The Gypsy Cried" with Carmen Zapata as a fortune teller; "Requiem for a Dead Barber" with Garrett Morris; "Eatin' Out" where the Bundys go out to dinner at a fancy restaurant; "My Mom, the Mom" where Peg goes for career day at Kelly's school; "Can't Dance, Don't Ask Me" where Kelly tap dances; "A Three Job No Income Family" with guest stars, Teresa Ganzel and Pauly Shore; and "The Harder They Fall" where the Bundys have movie night at the Rhoades house. The third disc includes "The House That Peg Lost" when the Rhoades lose their home; two part episode "Married with Queen" about Al and Peggy's reunion party; "The Dateless Amigo" where Bud needs a date; "The Computer Show" where the Bundys get a computer; "Life's a Beach" where they go to the beach with Morgan Brittany in a guest role; "Here's Looking at You, Kid" about a local peeping Tom and the infamous lost episode, "I'll See You in Court. The DVD has no extra features. The third season was groundbreaking and controversial. A housewife and mother in Michigan wanted the series to be shut down but it would last eight more seasons. The season also had a different theme song for the beginning and end of every episode. In syndication, they still play the Frank Sinatra song for the entire series.

Great season
I never used to like this show, I tried many times but just could never get into it. So I hadn't watched it for a long time and gave up on it, but then a while ago for some reason it kept popping into my head, so I decided to watch it. I was surprised that I actually kind of liked it and the more I watched the more into it I became. Finally I bought the dvd which was sold at the best price, which was this one. I didn't know how much I would enjoy this, but once I started watching I was hooked, I found myself watching episode after episode and even after I finished a disc I'd put in the next one. I think I watched most of the entire season within 4 or 5 days. After that, I came back to amazon and ordered seasons 1, 2, and 4 because I had enjoyed this one so much.

Very Funny!
Loved the series the first time I saw it. Ed O'Neill steals the show in Modern Families and watching this you can see why. Very Funny!
