So far so good.
I have only been using this for one week, but so far it has been good. For the last four years I have used an official (and much more expensive) Microsoft keyboard. This cheaper keyboard is actually a bit more sturdy and easier to charge (being USB c) . I have noticed this new one can lag more than official Microsoft keyboard, with the occasional missed keystroke. For my purposes it has been fine so far.

Bad product Terrible battery
In hindsight, I regret my decision to purchase this keyboard. Since my Surface Pro is 3 years + and the keyboard was peeling, I thought it would be nice to buy a new one. However, the original one was exorbitant and since I was not sure how long before I replaced my Surface Pro itself, I decided to opt for a generic replacement keyboard which is what led me to purchase the one from this seller. However, the first one I got had faulty keys and pursuant to a complaint, I got a free replacement within a few days which worked alright for about 5 months after which it's battery started draining surprisingly fast which required me to charge the keyboard multiple times a day. With a week or two, the battery went dead and the keyboard refused to turn on. Several complaints and numerous emails later, the Seller refused to honour the 6 month warranty despite my complaint being made within this period. Ultimately, being fed up with the response from the Seller, I looked to Amazon to resolve the issue which they finally did by refunding my money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The key board is of good quality and connects seamlessly through Bluetooth. It is slightly heavier than the original but robust

Product is not reliable - Very short life
The keyboard failed/malfunctioned in 8 months , just after its 6 months warranty period .

sometimes can peel
everything was ok, then after 2 days, noticed the fabric cover starting to come loose off the keyboard, so asked for replacement, replacement was provided in 1 day, and now i bought a carry case for the tab to keep the replacement keyboard safely, i wish to buy a keyboard case without fabric cover, only got as far as getting a small plastic bt keyboard for android tablets.

Not working
I have purchased this product on 30th Dec 2022. For five moths it was working fine. Now it is not working. When I try to charge it, only red light appear but do not charge. For a keyboard to work for only 5 months, not worth the insvestment
