For complete clean need in large quantity.......it doesn't for winter clothes cleaning......it can use in summer but for good cloth and for good cleaning surfexcel is best.

Product is very nice but the packaging was in very bad condition. Cover was teared and detergent powder was spread as shown in the picture. Humble request to Amazon please follow up your packaging team. Worst experience with amazon being a prime member.

Effective and affordable

My Mom used to use Safed at home when I was a kid. It brings back so many memories! After marriage, I switched to a different brand as the product was not available in my city but I am so glad that Safed is now available online. It is a great detergent and most definitely value for money - be it cleaning, stain removal, foaming, fragrance etc. Works well for regular as well as expensive clothes and beats other multinational brands hands-down. You have to try it to believe it. Product quality also seems to have improved - more free-flowing powder and dissolves quickly in water too.
