The media could not be loaded.  The jelly is too small, or the holder is too deep for it to work correctly. The jelly falls into the bottom of the holder with even the smallest amount of pressure, making it unusable unless you take the jelly out and use it by itself.

I have tried everything I can think of to get this stamper to pick up a design properly an nothing has worked. I cleaned the face with alcohol and then acetone and still got only a portion of the design. In frustration, I abraded the face with 2000 grit sandpaper and that worked for a maximum of two stamps before failing. Of course, sanding made the face hazy so I couldn't see through it for proper placement and alignment. It's a great idea, but maybe it needs some tweaking of the formula used to make the silicone.

The media could not be loaded.  The stamper does not pick up polish from the stamping plate. Unfortunately, I didn’t use it right away and now I can’t return it. Waste of money!!

This product is amazing! I’m able to do a French tip on my nails and it always looks like I got them done at a salon.

Easy to use, you can see where the design is applied. No issues at all. I would buy it again.

Works perfect

Cheap and does not pick up the nail polish which means it will not pick up the design. Worthless. I was so excited to get this and I did everything that was suggested to get it to work and it did not. Don’t waste your money on this product.
