Super easy to assemble. The color is so unique and looks a lot better than usual black racks. The common problem when I assemble racks made of metal bars and plastic joints is that the plastic parts are often very fragile and break easily when I insert the poles. But this one is made with good quality. I bought two of these racks, and no parts broke during the assembling process. Great choice to make use of space at the bottom of the closet!

This shoe rack just clicks together without any tools. I use it for my front hall closet with shoes that are not often worn. If I had kids, however, I would look for something sturdier.

It is sturdy enough to hold my heels.

It was easy to assemble and served its intended purpose. However, it only lasted approximately one year. It is very lightweight and the bars are weak and break easily.

I ordered this shoe rack to go into the top of my closet as I use the bottom to store luggage and accessories, I thought ordering it the tubes were going to be PVC pipe of some sort but they're all metal which pleased me even more, as I prefer that. The connectors are plastic, and these do stack but I only used one unit. I did however flip the top "handle" pieces upside down and install on the bottom to make it rise up and have the shelf it is sitting on function as a 3rd shelf, instead of just 2. Now it is comfortably holding all of my shoes except my everyday sneakers which I leave on the floor. Thats 4-5 pairs of shoes per rack depending on the shoes, and it is sitting on your standard top closet wire shelf, resting on the horizontal pieces that hold the shelf up, and is very sturdy in that position, with it barely budging with an aggressive shake.

Product only had half the pieces and they were damaged.

I purchased this to put on the floor in my closet to organize my shoes. It was easy to put together and solved my problem of having shoes stacked up all over each other. It was so easy to put together and just slid right into the closet. One of the things that I like is that I can move it a little and dust under it. Now when I go into my closet to find a pair of shoes, the pairs are together and I have no trouble finding both shoes. I did put my slightly heavier shoes on the bottom rack, and then was able to put more lighter shoes on the top. It actually can hold more that 12 pairs in you stack them on top of each other.
