because I got stocked with a teribble item.I'm trying over and over to get the part that I need( I don't need it for free) but you guys keep telling me all different stories.Verry simple : I need the electric box of this unit.I'm weling to pay for if I have to. I need it verry soon,because I'm looked out from my gate.( the item that I'm refering is the one that I order it and I recived it on June 5 2012.Give me an answer asap!Thank you.

I've had to get now 5 operators for the same gate (2 on each side for a double sided gate). Currently one operator's lock mechanism broke so its not working and have been waiting for 2 weeks for reply from company.About to be down to a 1 star... not happy at this time with this customer...When I have gotten ahold of support they've been responsive, but often it goes straight to voicemail and iffy if I hear back...If I had to do it over again I would pay more for a different company's product

this is a very good product BUT to do the installation you have to remove the printed circuit board. the screw terminals for connecting the wires are not accessable otherwise . this is a problem that needs corection!!!

I have it working for 6 months its not as reliable as the mighty mule. the bolts lagnuts etc are high quality. but the problem is really the circuit board its made cheaply and could easily short out or burn out as many have commented a little difficult tpo program but thats cause there are so many option. the nice thing about this versus the mule is it does not rely on having you top buy a special battery . overall its been great esoecially for money but please fix the cheap electrical board, thats the only negative

I am using this for many years now and it is great! You do need some knowledge to get it to work and it will take some time to program it. Follow the instructions in great detail.

After couple months i finally open the box i purchase with the oppeners gate i bring the box with me to Colombia South AmericaAnd i found out that tha oppeners cameWith some issues that i nees you to resolve for me,1- the keys that came with this oppeners to inlock tha arm doesnt below to this oppeners2- ome of the plastic supporta tha goes to the gate is broke, and with that reason i can use the oppeners please resolve this for me

Fabricated and installed nearly 100' of fence plus two gates. I believe I spent more time installing/troubleshooting this gate opener than I did in fabricating the fence sections.Pros-PriceCons- Cabling on actuators is approx. 60" yet they are designed for gates up to 10' each. Riddle me that.- Limit switch adjustment is flaky, at best.- One actuator failed within 1 day and had to be returned/exchanged. Cost: $20 for shipping and 3 weeks for return product.- Batteries did not hold a charge. Rather than spend $60 on return shipping, I purchased new batteries elsewhere for $10 less.- Solar panel puts out 17.45 VDC, not the 30 VDC specified. Since the gates appear to be working now, I will not chance an exchange.-Programming sucks. Indicator LED is barely visible during the daylight and you really have to shield it to see the numbers. Programming the Soft Start feature is more of a hassle as it affects other parameters as well. Plus, if you enable Soft Start, the actuators don't have enough momentum to fully open/close. Don't use it.-Wireless keypad programming window is 2 seconds. That means, you either install it right next to the controller or you need two people to program the keypad. Poor design. The keypad beeps are extremely loud. You can hear this thing beep from inside a house.With all the negative reviews I have read, I fear I will be called back to this client's house time and time again. Fingers crossed.
