Damaged shampoo bottle
- There was a leakage in shampoo and spilled inside that box.I tried to reach the customer service,but the chat assitant says there is no customer service executive right now.- What else can i do?this product cannot be returned.So i started using it.- Beard oil and wax was in good condition only the beard shampoo was leaked.VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with the shampoo.- I like the wax,it holds the beard perfectly as we shaped.- And the fragrance of beard oil is good.

A good product to have!!
The product does the job and is perfect. The scent/aroma can be improved as this falvour gives the scent of a medicated oil. Other than this scent, the product does the job perfectly. Overall, a nice product to use.

Looks Fake or Duplicate
The box was intact, Wash and Oil wash leaking, and the Sticker was shifted. Also, Wax was frozen.I saw others facing the same issue so I think it's a duplicate or discarded product.
