These have helped my leg cramps and most importantly help me sleep better. They taste good but a little chalky. I recommend if you have a hard time sleeping.

The flavor is good, but they are a little hard to bite into and chew. I like that they have the two ingredients I want in one chewable tab. My goal is to reduce the large pills I had been swallowing, and getting gummies, melts, liquid, etc in fewer pills. I have acid reflux and between meds and needed supplements it was just too much and I found I was not taking the supplements because they hurt my digestive system. This chewable provides calcium and magnesium in the amounts I want. I already get both in a smaller amount in some AR chews I take sometimes when the acid flares up, so these are just right for me. Again, I wish they were easier to break up in my mouth, but it's tolerable considering all. I believe they are made in the USA which is also a big plus for me.

Large chewable pills that leave terrible after taste

While I appreciate these vitamins for giving me what I need I certainly do not like the taste lol they are very chalky, think antacid tablets. The taste is a little weird too, its almost borderline soap-ish. But like I said, it gives me what I need and the Magnesium helps calm me down. Would recommend taking with a glass of water.

Honestly, I don't know what all the fuss is with those who say these tablets are hard to chew. If you can chew a Necco Wafer, you can chew these. They are NOT rock hard. They also taste fine, not unpleasant. They are larger than other chewable vitamins, so, yes, you'll have to chew more than two or three times.This all being said, I really like this brand - have been taking B12 and D3 too - and am a very satisfied customer.
