I phone falls out! Why?

It should not fall out when properly adjusted. There is a depth adjustment and width adjustment as well. This is designed to allow you to slide the phone in and out easily. If you are holding it upside down and expect it to stay in the Phone Caddy, it will slide out. If you want to contact us directly, please send us an email from our web site. One of the adjustment screws fell out and now the unit is not functional. Can i purchase an adjustment screw?

I really do not know, you might want to take the unit to a local hardware store and see if they can find a screw that will fit. Otherwise, what you might want to do is call the manufacturer and ask them if they have any replacement screws, they even might send you a new unit.

Any experience on long term securing? i just ordered and i am concerned the velcro won’t hold over time? any plan to add a magnet?

The velcro will hold up well over 500+ rounds. You will see some reviews that the velcro or loop broke after a few rounds due to a factory defect. We started with magnets on our very first prototypes, and you can ALWAYS knock it off the cart if you bump into it or the terrain is bumpy enough. Balancing the strength of the magnet between too strong that you can't get it off the cart vs. not strong enough to hold under rough conditions is problematic. We have always felt that magnets are convenient, but not as reliable as a strap to secure our very expensive cell phones.

Can holder be rotated so you can watch phone horizontally? Looking to Mount to watch sports

Unfortunately, it cannot be rotated. The design allows you to quickly slide your phone in and out of the Phone Caddy so it need to remain in a vertical orientation.

Great accessory for golf

I really love this little accessory. It allows me to mount my phone to the cart so I can use the GPS and keep score while playing. It holds the Galaxy S21 Ultra with a case on with no problem so it can certainly take the weight.

No more phone sliding around!!

Bought this to try out with little expectation that it would work. Boy was I wrong! I love this thing! I have an iPhone max and it does not fit in any golf cart cup holders —so phone was constantly sliding around in the tiny dash pocket of the cart. Those days are over! This little guy simply attaches to the cart wind shield post, slide your phone in and tighten the adjusting screws and BAM!! your ready for your golf outing with no worries about your phone sliding around getting scratched up in the dash.
