Very informative information in this book. I’m glad I picked it up I have learned a lot.

I’d expect an index in this type of book for quicker reference. The book is beautiful and information is useful however, not robust. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone. It’s short and offers treatments for about 20-30 conditions, it’s basic. The explanation are to the point, this book is for someone who wants a 30 minute to one hour read, it’s a primer.
