Great kick start to your day or workout. We just add a small amount of water and take it as a shot, followed with water. You could also add to smoothies if you’re not a fan of the taste. It’s definitely an acquired taste for some. No jitters or side effects. I’ve purchased other green blends from this company and am very pleased with them.

White rocks in powder- do not buy
Like others who purchased, 5is product was filled with mystery white rocks. Very disappointed and no clue what it could be. It isn’t spirulina or moringa. Perhaps a filler?

Not sure of freshness on last purchase
Have bought many times but this last purchase the contents were lumpy and not loose as in previous orders. Not sure if its even useable.
