As a Mary Kay consultant, this is required reading! Everyone, men and women alike, who work in sales or the direct-selling industry needs to read this book. It doesn't matter if you are in cosmetics or not, this is the how-to guide on full-circle business excellence.

Affirmed my leadership style as a woman. I gained so many nuggets of wisdom from this jewel! Passing it on to teenage entrepreneurs who have started their own beauty business. Super excited for them to glean from it like I did.
