This is my third try on these headphones. The first set, ordered 9/3/16, arrived broken.The company replaced it (which took five days--first waiting through Labor Day weekend for a response to my email, then waiting for the shipment, which finally came 9/10/16). As I was away from home when they arrived, I was unable to check them until 9/19/16. This second set was defective--there was no sound in the right earphone at all, and I was unable to adjust the volume. I contacted the company again, and they offered another replacement. I accepted it, but informed the company this would be my final try of these headphones. I also asked whether issues such as those I've experienced are typical, but of course, the company representative did not answer that question.The third set arrived 9/24/16 (four days). FINALLY, I have a working set of headphones! The sound quality seems to be quite good, so I am rating them 3 stars out of 5 with a 2-star deduction for the broken and defective headphones.Now I only have to worry about how LONG they will last. My experience so far doesn't give me a lot of hope.

More than ever I have found the saying "you get what you pay for" to be true with these earbuds. They have the worst sound quality I have ever heard out of earbuds, save for the $2 ones that you can buy on airplanes.I had pretty high expectations for this product based on the other reviews that I saw (Which I now believe to ALL be fakes. Every one has a disclaimer saying they received a discount in exchange for their "honest" review. I call BS.) and I was more than let down.One thing I will say is that the functionality was great (this is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) setup was easy, they have good range and the buttons worked as they were supposed to. Still, having said that I would never recommend these earbuds to anyone. I would suggest paying at least $20 if you want quality.

Very good headphones for the price. I had some issue with the volume button in the beginning.After call to Westwood Inc customer service, the problem was solved.Follow up:Use them for almost three weeks, and still running strong. Short battery life, 4 h. recharge time bit over 1h.I was ready to order another pair or two for my kids and the price went up from $10.99 to 17.99,that's 64% increase. I can still afford it, but for some reason I don't like big price increase( who does).Maybe I'll try different one?

These earbuds are everything I was looking for in a Bluetooth headphone. First, they are somewhat more shallow to my ears than my Soundpeats QY9's. The volume can go louder than I can stand even inside my motorcycle helmet. Third and lastly, they pair up very easily and keep paired and they are very inexpensive.​ It amazes me that so many people are still walking around with a $750 phone with a wired connection when for a few bucks they could be free of the tangles for good.

Paired easily, comfortable in ear, and range was as expected for BT device. Sound quality is as good as other units at twice or more the price of these headphones. All in all, I am very satisfied with these as an inexpensive solution to using cumbersome wired headphones. Sound quality is not what an audiophile is looking for but they are great for casual mp3 players or FM radio.

These little guys work pretty well, although they did drop the signal about 20 feet from my phone when I bent down behind some appliances and a few walls. The sound quality is what I expected, except they have more bass than I thought they would for such a small package. They fit easily in my ears with the default cups and come with some extra sizes. Overall a good product :)

Great sound and so nice and easy to use. Only downside is you're supposed to be able to talk with them on if you receive a phone call, and when my husband called me, I could hear him great but he could barely hear me. So, if you want to talk on the phone, a regular Bluetooth works better. Company shipped out so fast, I appreciated that.

Arrived promptly, sounds good, greater range than my last set. Charge side earpiece fell completely apart with second use. Had to super glue back it together. That's not right!!!!!!!!!! Also, the battery life is one (1) hour and about 5 minutes... the five hour claim is a joke.
