Absolutely fabulous mugs!!! They are the only ones I use . . bought more. the grip is large enough to hold comfortably (unlike the little Nespresso mugs!), the mug looks and feels good. I just rinse out.

So nice I ordered more. Nicely made, well insulated and large. Perfect for me and hot tea.

I've bought 5 of these mugs. They're nice, but don't last. The inner cup has cracked on 3 of the 5 (within the first 3-5 months)... the most recent one spontaneously cracked when I put in hot water for tea (from the 'hot' tap on a bottled water dispenser).The cups still work... they don't leak contents onto the table... but now they have stuff I've drunk before stuck in the lining.
