Q: Can this mat be used on an electric Bistro Char Broil grill

Not sure but I would imagine it can. Do not dishwash! Ruined one of mine like that.

You put the fries single layer on the screen and cook at temperature listed on frozen fries pkg.no need to turn. Cook til golden brown.

Q: Can this mat be used on an electric grill?

Not sure what you mean. If you mean something like one of those George Foreman electric BBQ grills or a tabletop electric grill, I wold think you could use the mat. Heck, if it can take the heat from a gas grill, it ought to be able to stand an electric unit...just not directly on the unit itself Hope this happens.

Q: What temperature does it melt at?

Gosh, I don't know. I have used it over pretty high gas grill heat and it has not shown signs of melting thus far.
