Great Kit. Replaced both my Fuel Pressure line and Return Vapor Line from about mid car to the Fuel tank, Due to rusted out fuel line and leaking right in front of rear driver side tire.

So the kit itself was exactly what I needed, everything went together easily and was pretty straight forward. Only thing of note, and I don't recall seeing it in the listing, is that you NEED a pipe clamp crimper. I happened to have one from working on PEX water lines so no big deal- but you absolutely need one to properly crimp the clamps that come with this set.

I used this on my 2005 Chevy Silverado that had a bad leak from a rusted fuel line. I, initially, tried replacing half the line and connecting to the metal line, but it leaked worse. I ended up running the new line all the way and used the nipple, with the crimp clamps, to splice the lines together. It’s been over a month with approximately 400 miles a week and no leaks, and much better gas mileage. I also used 3/8” rubber fuel line, cut in small sections and sliced open long ways, to protect the nylon line from any hard surfaces, and zip ties to secure everything. Much cheaper and easier to replace than new/used metal lines. It helps to use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the line in order to insert the fittings.

I used this kit to splice a patch to a 2005 silverado fuel line.It's the 10mm.I wasnt sure, and was tired of having gas dripping.Took about half an hour to cut and splice this in. (Was a tight bend over the gas tank)No leaks since.

Seemed like an alright set. Had more of what I didn’t need and not enough of what I did need. Got a refund. An okay experience since it didn’t cost anything.

I used this to replace the steel main fuel line on a 2000 gmc sierra 1500 extended cab with an 8ft box. I ended up running this nylon line from the engine all the way to the tank. The kit had all of the components needed to connect to the engine, the fuel pump and the fuel filter.The threaded male fittings that go into the fuel filter are M16x1.5 threads which appear to be the standard for fuel filters intended to be used with 3/8" steel lines.The plastic fittings profived (called Bundy fittings in case you were wondering) hooked up to the fittings on the engine and the fuel pump.I used a hair dryer to soften the nylon tube before pressing any of the steel or plastic barbs into it. It helped a lot. I also used the hair dryer to soften the nylon to straighten the tube and also where i needed it to bend tightly or a different direction.overall I was really happy with the product and am glad I spent the money on this instead of hard lines

Save yourself thousands of dollars with this kit!Enough line and fittings for a complete vehicle fuel line restoration!Very pleased with the outcome. Be prepared for the installation of extra hangers needed to keep the lines in place and safe. I even went as far as wrapping the lines is gorilla tape to help ward off ware at the hanger points and where the lines could loose integrity from rubbing on underbody areas.Also have it all laid out before your button down all the couplings. You'll want make sure you prevent kinks in the tubing.Worth every penny!
