I’ve had bad experiences with other companies. This purchase has been the best one so far. Mattress is super comfortable, adjustable and rises well and stays. Will write an update in a few weeks. This mattress go well with adjustable bed frames. I have back issues, and so far it’s been a blessing.

I would love to mention sleep quality, pain relief or comfort but I haven’t lied down on it yet. I researched long and hard before I chose the Dream Cloud because it was a substantial amount of money for me. I needed a mattress after giving mine to my son when he moved. I have been sleeping on a cot so when it arrived on Monday, 9/20, I was excited. The box was so beat up, I was afraid it was damaged, but I put it in top of a foundation and let it inflate per the instructions of 72 hours. . I did not lie on it, nor put anything on top of it. It is now Thursday, 9/22 and it has only inflated to 12 inches. It clearly states on the website description it should be 14 inches (measured in the dark blue area, according to manufacturer standards). When I called Amazon they told me they could not accept a return on a “used” mattress despite the promise of satisfaction guaranteed for 365 days. They have put me in some sort of a queue where I must wait for an email from some department to see what my options are. Bottom line, it was an inaccurate website description so there should be no question. I took photos for this review, and as anyone can see it is only a12 inches in height, and not the 14 as stated.Correction: it was received on Tuesday morning 9/20, so it has been 48 hours but has not inflated by anything over 12 inches!

Firm and comfortable. Give it a couple days to expand fully. Best mattress I’ve bought, more comfortable than my Sleep Number. I put this in spare bedroom for guests and they all love it. It’s better than I expected. Better than sperate mattress and box spring sets.

Mattress is lovely and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the sides are not firm and it makes getting in difficult if you are short. Once on the bed bed it truly is a “Dreamcloud”.

The bed was a complete flop, but Customer Service was outstanding! The bed didn't know where inflate like it was supposed to. I was very disappointed as I bought it solely based on all the reviews I had read on Amazon and off the website. When I called Customer Service to state the problem the rep went above and beyond in getting me my money back and options of having the bed removed. I truly appreciate his efforts and kindness in helping solve the problem. THANK YOU, Mohamad!!!

I don't think its me. )Want to return.Dreamcloud UNDISCLOSED Policy "We are unable to begin process for return before 30 day adjustment period."I do not need another 11 nights to determine that this mattress does not suit me.Amazon routed me to Dreamcloud!I will no longer custom Dreamcloud and will ALSO vastly minimize my Amazon consumption.How many baubles and gadgets do I really need anyway?I will recoup the cost of this Foolish purchase by NOT purchasing other [unneccessary] stuff.Heading to the In-person, Brick-n-Mortar mattress Shoppe now.✔ Lesson Learned.
