(Quick "pros/cons" list at the bottom) I NEVER leave reviews. I've probably spent a million dollars on Amazon in my life and I've maybe reviewed 2-3 items. This one deserves it. I got the medium heart with the rotating base. I likely could've gone with the smaller one, but I'm the worst at visualizing what size something is going to be. Mine is a photo of 2 kids, one in the other's lap, so there's a lot of blank space, but it's perfectly centered and sized; when they say the medium could fit 3-4 people, it certainly could. I ordered this for my mother, whose birthday is on the 19th of the month, and in looking for a specific photo, I forgot to order it on time. I placed it the night of the 16th, and it said I would receive it between the 22nd-23rd. Sad face. However, I received it this morning and it's the 18th! Yaaay for super fast shipping! The rotating, color-changing base is exactly what I wanted it to be. The heart is thick, flawless crystal, and the engraving looks SO beautiful. It's so detailed and perfect, and they took the background of the photo beautifully. Truly, it's exactly what it was supposed to be, and it's better than I expected it to be. 10/10 would recommend! I want to order more with other photos! The only thing I wish is that I had ordered the small heart for this photo, or used a photo that filled up the heart more. But, now I know, and I'm definitely going to order more. Pros: Beautiful, great cropping and placement of the photo, excellent shipping time, great base (rotates the crystal slowly, and changes colors-blue, red, and green..I think green), reasonably priced, especially for what it is, flawless crystal with no bubbles, photo shows up exactly as it is sent (aside from them editing out any background, which is definitely what you want), they will perfectly center and place the words you give them...All the pros! All in all, amazing gift! Also, it comes in a really nice gift box with a silk cloth to keep it clean of fingerprints. Cons: Seriously, there aren't any. The only con I could give is due to my own mistake of choosing a size with more space than I needed, and not sending the exact picture I personally wanted. But it's exactly what it's supposed to be!

I was pleasantly surprised how well this turned out. It looked just like the picture. Very detailed. I would not hesitate to buy from this vender again. Thank you for a great Christmas gift for my mother.

Beautiful item. Ordered as a necklace but it's way too bulky. Using it as a sun catcher instead. The image came out beautifully. Totally worth the money

You need a dark backdrop in order for it to stand out as shown. However, my daughter loved it. Makes a nice gift.
