Wild Life - Animal Figurine, Animal Toys for Boys and Girls 3-8 years old, African Elephant Calf, Ages 3+

These figures are high quality and durable. They are not jokey or cartoony, and they convey a real sense of the animals on which they are based. We put together a set of these, (matching the animals to some alphabet letters). The set is a mix of Safari Ltd figures and Schleich figures, which work together well in terms of scale and quality. The Schleich items seemed a bit less expensive, on average, but depending on the animal. The three year old loves his Paw Patrol figures and pretty much anything he can carry in his fists and set up, knock down, drop, and actually play with. I have no objection to the big-franchise items, (go Minions), but it's nice to be able to set out a collection of realistic animals that match up with his alphabet and nature books and that represent real creatures. These figures are tough; they aren't made from material that will snap off or break. The attention to detail in the painting is pretty remarkable. They aren't smooth plastic, but actually have a proper textured feel. They are well balanced and can be posed without always tipping over. So, a bit pricey, but likely to have enduring play value and to hold up over time. A happy choice.

Good product got it for my mom. she loves it could not stop looking at it! It's a lot cuter irl. I do recommend it.

These Schleich figurines are absolutely precious. Very detailed. I have several of these, including sheep & a goat. The expressions on their faces are so cute. I am an elephant collector and this little guy is a wecome addition. He is pretty small but that's ok, he fit right in!

We bought this toy for our 3-yr old who loves elephants. It's surprisingly difficult to find a baby elephant figurine, but Schleich does not disappoint! Their figures are a but pricier compared to other figures, but the quality is by far the best we've come across. The baby elephant is very detailed and life-like, and goes perfectly with the adult Schleich elephant our son had.

Gave this elephant toy to my grandson who truly loves it. It is a very life like representation of an elephant at his favorite zoo. Highly recommend it.

We own these in several sizes. They’re not inexpensive but we think they’re worth the price.
