First time trying a MAHI sauce and I must say it certainly delivers! It packs a nice combination between spice and flavour. Definitely will be buying again and further exploring other MAHI sauces.

MAHI Carolina Reaper & Pineapple Hot Pepper Sauce.Very nice hot sauce, definitely hot and spicy.Too much and its the hiccups, just need the right amount.Compared to Encona Carolina, this is way spicier. And I don't need to consume quarter of the bottle. (Don't judge me!)Definitely recommended for people who like their hot sauce.

Can’t get it in supermarkets
The first bottle of this product I bought was from a supermarket, although I can’t remember which one. However, after the first bottle was used up I searched every supermarket possible and was unable to find it again - in some supermarkets the red version was on sale, but not this green one. The flavour, although quite hot, is fresh and fruity. I love it. As I’m the only one in the house that likes spicy foods, the six bottles will last me some time. I haven’t bothered to look at the use by date, no doubt I’ll still be eating it way after that date has expired - it’ll be perfectly safe in my view, picked and chutneys and stuff like that keeps for ages.

Change of recipe - more like sweet chilli sauce
Must have changed the recipe. Have had this several times before and was always amazing. Now just really sweet and not hot at all. Like a sweet chilli sauce. Gutted
