Great value discontinued stock
I paid £82 Has been discontinued and the new model is £159. Main difference is the new model has Dolby Digital functions which at this size and price point is a joke imo (you'd need to spend 3-4 times more for anything remotely home cinema.)It is just a warmer sound than what you get from your flat panel TV. I currently have it connected to TV via HDMI but there are connections to allow me to loop through a very old AKAI graphic equaliser should I want basic simulated surround sound. On the positive it is really easy to set up but on the negative there is no on screen display or way to control the sound outside of 4 preprogrammed sound settings.Connecting via HDMI ARC should allow you to use just the TV remote but it is disappointing as there is a delay in response and volume does not move up or down in impactful increments. It looks very stylish and is excellent value for money with the cute sub woofer.

Good for the price
If you're looking for something that makes you feel like you're at the movies then this isn't it. The sound bar is good but it's really just an improved TV sound and it even says so on the box. It has pretty good bass though for what it is.The louder it is the better it sounds but how loud could you have it before your neighbours complain? The sound probably amplifies better in a smaller room. It doesn't display the sound volume when you adjust the volume either. For the price though, it's good and what you'd expect for what you pay. Overall, it's decent.

Soft Quality sound
To be perfectly honest this sound Bar represents a more conservative balance without a big crash Bang volume. It is ideal for my living room which is quite large. I am a mature person who needs clear quality sound on both spoken and music transmission, which this does offer to my sensitive ears. it was purchased a a very reasonable price from Amazon and represents good value. the Amazon delivery service is excellent and was greatfully received.
