I didn't think this would work as well as it did. Diet and exercise had helped my fat kitty lose weight at a slow pace but he had hit a plateau. I couldn't have him sitting at 18 pounds forever. He was at risk for diabetes.I added this supplement to his wet food every evening and his weight loss took off. He started losing weight a little too fast and I had to augment his diet.He also used to get crazy hungry and cry about it during his diet. That doesn't happen anymore. Maybe it addressed a mineral difficiency I didn't know he had.Anyway, good supplement for my fat, formerly 18 pound kitty.

My dogs didn’t seem to like this on their food

My dog loves it! I believe it’s helping his digestion system. He has solid poops.

The ingredients panel looks healthy, but even using a very tiny dose to start, my dog had extreme stomach issues, gassy, complete diarrhea, and this is the tiniest dose possible and very slowly introduced. I don't see how it can help if the amount I am using is this insignificant. Full tub is now by the waste side.

Both of my dogs developed diarrhea the day after them eating the powder. It didn't appear to stop them from eating the mushy stools. Only used it for two days.

I like that this does help give my animals a shiny coat. Unfortunately, it does give them some stomach issues. After putting the liquid over the dogs food, within a few hours their tummies were gassy. Other than that, it is a great product that does what it says, and if you can handle the smells that come from your dog after, then go ahead and buy this product.
