These are great as long as you know they tear easily and don't hang them in a doorway where people will be passing through. But against a wall or door they look awesome. I hang them along my walls using 3M tabs. I reinforce the top with tape and punch a hole and hang from 3m hooks. I even wrap them up and store in a ziploc bag and reuse again the following year and I think they still look awesome even with some wear & tear. I've had to tape them in a few places. Don't order from GiftExpress. They sent me two packages with the incorrect items. But I've bought multiple orders from this company and had no problems. I think the person who said it looks tacky didn't do it right.

Was concerned that these would not hold up for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. They do tear easily but didn't affect the look. I used them to tape on either side of 2 doorways. I bought two and cut them in half. In mounting them (just used artist's tape) one tore a bit but just taped that part. They lasted through a party with over 30 people. Some strings came down but only because the little ones tore them off. I moved one to in front of my daughter's doorway and it stayed up for over a month. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered two fringe curtains for a NYE photo booth backdrop. First it is very sparse, definitely not as full as in the photo. Second, the glue at the top of one curtain was wonky and barely allowed a thin curtain rod to fit in. Within a few hours, both were falling apart at the top and long strands of fringe were on the floor (BEFORE the party even started). We had to tape it back together with clear packaging tape for it to last throughout our party.

Super long and sparkly perfect for a party photo shoot or grand entrance area! We purchased this for a sleep over party and have many many fun pictures with this in the background. It was fairly sturdy and we in fact have it folded up and stored for future events. I used it for older kids (10-11) and they didn't pull on it much, but it wouldn't last long with younger kids pulling on it as the strands would break off. Super fun and added the perfect background to our party!!!

I used these to decorate a dance floor in my house. They hung from the ceiling. I bought about 7 of them. They are good enough quality to sustain the evening and provide a fun and dramatic effect. However, you wont feel bad ripping them off your ceiling/door and tossing them after the party. I coupled them with the laser lighting and fog. Very impressive and fun. They're also great for doorways, but you'll have to trim the bottoms to keep people from stepping on them as they're walking through. I'll order these for all of my parties from now on.

All I can say is it drove me out of my mind...LOL it's very clingy, within 10 mins I had already rip it. Every time I went by it if it wasn't getting stuck in my hair it was sticking to my feet that's how it rip, it got stuck to my foot and and it pulled it down. The strands one by one would stick to some body part and break little by little. It drove me crazy I TOOK it down within one hour. I even tried trimming it short, nope still stuck to everything. I differently WOULD NOT not have this for a party, NO WAY, a Kids party, not on your life, it would be a mess within mins. Some of the strands that broke, my small heater suck them right in. NOT GOOD. I thought it would be fun and bling. There was nothing fun about being in tangle by it just walking by. It lasted one hour. I LIVE by myself..You know how much we love tinsel @ Xmas??? It' just A VERY BIG Tinsel. 10 Thumbs down ! .

These lasted as an entry to the "disco ball room" aka our over sized formal living room that will not have furniture in it as long as we are still down to boggie. 1 year and 8+ slightly drunken parties later.. It needs some filling in with crepe paper to create the same "curtain" impact entry into the dance room. We used two to cover a wide door less entry. Will be re ordering for the start of this year's party season. Really only expected it to last one party... It head up and was reused for 6 before needing some help. Probably could still use it in single doorway. Ps. It broke the fall of a tall curvy woman who grabbed hold... And it was only put up with painter's tape.

Update….I have had these for years and used them so many times. I wrap them up carefully around cardboard and put them in a large zip lock bag. They are cheap enough to throw away but since they are in perfect condition I cant see a reason to add them to the landfill. just as expected. I knew what size to expect from the description (the pic is a little misleading so don't go by that alone) they are abou the width of a door way and I used a tip from another review and put packing tape across the top before putting them up. I had 2 and put them on a wall next to a back drop so no one was actually walking through them. They looked great and the kids wanted to leave them up for weeks after the party.

Great decoration for a great price. Cant go wrong. Good quality....was able to use a few times.

it is what it is, just be aware that these are narrow, as advertised, we purchased three and it fit just fine
