It can be easily twisted when hanging the curtains, resulting in the 2pieces falling apart.You are then left to decide if it’s worth it to try to reattach the jump ring, remove all the other rings on the rod to get the broken one off, or just leave a random ring on the rod with no job.However considering the price, and how many times we adjusted the curtains, ring spacing, etc., one broken jump ring is not bad at all.

I am very pleased with these brass rings. They match almost perfect to the brass curtain rod from Target which is a bit of the brushed brass. Even though they are more shiny than the rod, up high, it isn't noticeable. This is the first time I ordered 1 inch rings for a 3/4 inch rod and I love the look.

I was a little leery that these clips wouldn't work well because they're priced so affordably, but they're sturdy enough to hold my 72" curtains and look great! They're definitely better quality than I expected for the price I paid.
