I have a herniated disc in my neck and need frequent heat to calm muscle spasms. I was using a plug in heating pad before but it was too light and thin and didn’t stay in contact with my muscles unless I oressed down on it. This microwaveable neck wrap is amazing! It has a soft outer material with compartmentalized inner beads that stay dispersed. When applied rests nicely on neck, shoulders upper back and pec muscles and can be easily shifted to put more or less pressure on specific areas. I heat mine for 3 minutes in the microwave and the heat lasts a good while. I should note that I got unscented. And there was no odor upon unboxing or heating like some other brands.Just get it! Your muscles will thank you!

Just the right size for a small woman. It heats up nicely on a plate in the microwave and conforms well to neck and shoulders. The fabric is soft and comfortable and the fragrance is mild and pleasant. Loving it. (Removed one star because the back would not be long enough for a large person)

Great item. Holds the heat well and the “stuffing” stays in all the right spots. It’s soft and warm and everything a girl could want. I recommend this for all your neck needs.

Purchased after I had PT and they used moist heat after therapy. It helped and has been wonderful to have at home after doing my exercises. So easy to use and put on.

I bought this for my mom, she has cervical nerve pain in her neck. It worked well but the heat doesn't last that long. I've had it about a month. I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes, and it brought a whole through it and the little beads were very very hot.

I bought this for my grandma who has moderate to severe neck and shoulder pain stemming from a pinched nerve in her neck. Heat tends to alleviate some of the pain, so I wanted to get her something that would be soothing without restricting her from moving (i.e. a corded, electric pad). This microwaveable pad brings her so much comfort. She heats in according to the suggesting heating instructions and it retains heat for about15- 20ish minutes before she needs to reheat it again. The weight of the pad is the perfect amount where it’s not too much nor too light. It’s very soft and comfortable. The lavender scent is really nice and soothing which is a great plus. My only regret is that I didn’t get this for her sooner. I will order another for my mom.On a side note, you’re able to stick it in the freezer as a cold pack too but we have not tried that out.

Love this and you can use this anywhere. It is awesome that you are not incombered by a cord and just heat in the microwave!

I am impressed, I am a critical shopper. Like most people I want the items I buy to work as described. Especially personal item that are need for discomfort and pain. This delivers, Most important - fits neck, shoulders and upper back. Comfortably weighted, soft material. Heat goes to all areas mentioned and all the way to the edges.This one is a keeper!Will be on my gifting list for sure.
