Great for regular use !
I’m on my fourth order of two packs of this item, with the permission of my gastroenterologist I take it every evening to help keep things moving along! It’s super gentle, easy on the body and I notice no side effects at all! If I have any issues going to the bathroom, I just take a few more and they help! I take only two everyday, and it works magic!
