Work as intended - only caveat is they are hard to close and open, and they don't include instructions.Basically, turn it over, you can stick a screwdriver where the faceplate meets the base, and voila, the thing is open, and closing it is easy.Those little white pegs in the back of the base? Push them to each other, and push on the other end - this is the "lock" that keeps the whole mechanism closed. You can decide to keep using the screwdriver method or keep the lock disabled this way.

Not like the product it was horrible I threw it away it did not do anything it was useless it was a piece of plastic it didn't even hold the unit the way it was supposed to I didn't even open the unit the way it was supposed I cannot even give you a star it's not even worth a star I can give you a negative star!!!!!!?

This is really hard to open and close when you have to replace the air freshener inside. That is also a good thing. The air freshener doesn't fall out every thirty seconds. Besides those things this is pretty decent.
