I was looking for something to attach a candle to a petri dish for a drinking candle chemistry demo and these were perfect! Great adhesive. They stayed stuck even when they sat in water all day and we’re still attached after rinsing out the dish. Perfect for chemistry demos and I’m sure they’d work great on cakes too.

We decided to buy these candles for the kid's birthdays in 2023 or '24 because it's too difficult to blow out the candles while wearing 3 masks at the same time. And with the risk of deadly illness in children being, what, 0.1% or less, we thought it would be best to skip in-person birthday parties all together this year and have Zoom parties instead. Thank goodness Amazon delivers gifts! These candles are great, and we look forward to using them as soon as politicians tell us that the world is free from risks.
