Fast service and good quality product.

Poor quality
If I could give this item a lower rating I would, the pin that holds the flapper is about 1/8 inch in diameter and is apparently harder than the flapper itself and consequently wears out the flapper very quickly. The valve lasted less than a year. The cap screw that holds the pin in is poorly threaded and cannot be removed more than once without stripping which requires another holding method for which I wrapped the valve with plastic ties. I am now replacing this valve with a stainless steel model and a different brand to see if it is any better. Spend your money on another brand, maybe something not made in China.
