70W LCD Universal Laptop Charger with USB port

Multipurpose - switch the end on the cord and it works for a different laptop. Comes with over a dozen ends. Note that if you don't get the end firmly on the cord, it doesn't work. Just push harder and wiggle it a bit. Good product, good value.

Had this for over a year and it's doing great. It's only rated at 70w and it still powers my laptop fine (Normally gets 170W from the stock adapter) , just charges it slower than the original (huge) brick. What I like is that it's small, reasonably light and it has long chords, very useful for travel. It will get hot if you have a laptop and a 2.1A USB device attached at the same time for a while, but never had a problem with it none the less. If you have a large latptop you might consider more power, like 90 or 120w but mine is a 15" and it's happy. USB port comes in handy. I'm buying a second one as I left the other in my RV.

I am writing this review because after 1.5 years of use the charger started to intermittently turn off for a few seconds and then turn back on over and over again, but without any regularity. After contacting support they quickly responded and made it very easy to get a replacement free of charge. Plus, the replacement was shipped with Prime so got to me quickly. It's not everyday that companies that boast a 2 year warranty end up honoring them after so long of continual use. Thank you LVSUN. Other thoughts: I love the versatility of this charger. I use it to test and repair laptops and it's extremely convenient to only need one charger. There are a wide variety of adapters sold to go along with it all at very reasonable prices. Other reviews state that it runs hot/ warm. I agree, but, almost all chargers I have used do at least get warm if not on the hotter side. Overall, if the charger dies after another 2 years, I would purchase the same one again.

The charger is very functional, I like that it has a place to plug in my phone or tablet so I can charge 2 things at the same time and not have to tie up another outlet. It was delivered really fast which is great since my original charger was no longer working, and the price was very reasonable. It has multiple attachments to fit a number of devices so I am cover in case of any problems with any of my other devices.

After emailing LVSUN to know it would work with my HP Pavilion DM1, I ordered and it arrived today. It works just fine, but LVSUN would do well to improve the documentation. The unit says it outputs in the range of 8.4-24 volts. It seems that the tip attached - likely using the third pin - determines the output voltage. The unit has an LED display showing the current output voltage. With no tip attached, it shows 15.4 volts. When I attached tip N23, the output changed to 18.5v. Both "N23" and "18.5v" are molded into the tip. Documentation for tip N23 on the product page describe it as size 7.4mm by 5 mm with output of 18..5v,3.5a,4.9a - but does not explicitly state that 7.4 is the outside diameter (OD) of the tip and 5mm is the Inside diameter (ID) of the tip. And why two different output Ampere specifications? The length of the tip is not specified. It would assist shoppers - and eliminate the need to respond to questioning emails - if LVSUN would explicitly publish the ID, OD and Length of each tip along with the output voltage it provides.

I use this on laptops and other electronics when the item does not have a power brick or when the power connector is damaged. Great way to have one brick that covers multiple devices. Reduces clutter on the bench.

Unfortunately I have tried the adapter on various devices but it hasn’t worked for me. I had put it aside And forgot to return/exchange on time. I threw out my money.

I bought this to keep in my car so I could charge my laptop while on the road and don’t have to carry around the factory charger. I had this plugged into an inverter and I noticed the charging would blip on and off, it never stayed steady on. After a couple of attempts to charge I gave up and started using a laptop rated external battery pack. I like the different connectors for charging different devices but wish it had a usb c adapter so I could have tried to charge with it that way.
