Can this be washed and reused as Interdry can?

No you can not wash and re-use it... If you try to wash it it will disintegrate and fall to pieces... I hope this helps...

Do these expire or are they pretty much good forever?

I purchased this box in early 2019 and the expiration date is 11-2020.

Is this the same as Aquacel?

Basically yes. It may have different properties but it is an alginate product used to absorb exudate. To have a more complete answer you should contact your doctor's office.
