These bowls are perfect for food prep. They go in the oven and dishwasher. I use them for food prep for the week and after they are out of the oven and cool, just pop on the lid and your meal stays fresh.

We've been reading lately how bad it is to microwave your food in a plastic container, even if it's "microwave safe." There's still not good data on the amount of microplastics we're all taking into our bodies in one way or another, nor on what the long term effect of that might be. But pumping radiation through a piece of hardened petroleum that's bonded, colored or made transparent by other chemicals while your food sits on it is probably... not great.These little bowls hold a perfect lunch portion, seal tight with the included lid and fit comfortably in a reusable lunch bag. Really aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean up as well.

These are perfect for soup or oatmeal, small portions of vegetables, reheating or cooking. They are colorful and the tops are very sturdy and clear.

The media could not be loaded. I did get 4 bowls, I gave one away to my mother. Pleaseeee do not try to open the lids once the air cap is down. This is what seals the bowl. If you weaken it, it can cause leakage. I love these bowlsssss!! Very sturdy, I'm going to order the plates as well as the other regular bowls to go with it. I got all four colors, yellow, orange, blue and green. I'm in love with the blue. I wish they gave an option for blue only. No complaints.

These are really sturdy and cute looking. However, food gets stuck in the plastic cover, and if not throughly washed in dish washer but just cleaned by hand wash, the lid keeps the dirts and makes it unusable. I am disappointed. I am now using them without lids. Using them for a long.

These bowls are so handy for storage and heating up food. And they are cute.

These bowls are perfect to use for “take along meals” to work. Easy to warm up in the microwave and easy to clean.

Two of the four lids are now missing the little silicone nubs that seal the lid. In the attached picture the lid in the foreground has the seal and the lid in the background does not. I cannot figure out how to contact the seller to see about replacement parts. I sent an email through Amazon and I am waiting for a response. If I can get replacement parts I will change my rating. The balls and lids work great until the seal came off.
