My 8 year old has used this watch daily for around 18 months now. It has gone through the rigors that only a young kid can put it through. The screen size is good with decent features. The screen itself is quite strong. I never had to deal with a broken or chipped screen even when the watch has fallen on multiple occasions. The call quality also is amazing. She is able to call us anytime from anywhere - be it her playground or even building basement. It also has a number game that she uses quite a bit. For the parents, the location tracking works well while she is playing under the sky but goes slightly haywire when she is in the building or basement. The watch provides an ability for parents to operate the watch camera remotely to click still pictures. I just wish it also had a video capturing ability apart from a host of other security features such as sending voice messages, setting safety perimeter, SOS calling and setting alerts. All in all, it is a great buy that has given me peace of mind.

Writing the review almost after a year of use. My elder one who is 7 years old is using it and he has torture tested the watch.We are very happy with the calling feature and build quality of the watch. The geo location could have been better but it's okay.Overall a good calling watch at the price point for kids.

My kid is using Turet smart watch for last 8 months now. Comfortable and durable. Easy for kids to operate. Never had any problem in placing the calls. Excellent customer service. Will surely recommend this product.

It's not of great use when you cannot track the actual location of your kids. It's not worth the prize for the features it has. Not a single time the GPS location was accurate. There is lag while calling. You need speak slowly for the person wearing watch to understand.

The best thing I like is after sales support service. Once I raised the issues, support staff was really proactive and humble to explain me the issue and how it will be fixed. They recorded the video as well to show me what is the issue and explained the cost to fix it which was very reasonableWould definitely recommend this as the watch is great and you don't have to worry about support quality for months and years to come.Keep it ip

The calling feature and discrete camera functionality of the watch is the best part of it. Though the gps sometimes shows wrong location but overall im happy with the purchase and the features available. Not to forget they have anamazing customer service.

A stylish watch for kids. Useful in effective to and from calling , location tracking, remote camera pictures and many other useful features. It's hardly 4 months and rhe quality of calling feature dipped drastically as to no clarity in the voice. Already changed its battery in 2 months time as the watch was not getting on. The support was horrible as they demand to provide 5 stars by offering false promises. And its nor worth the price.
