Q: How much weight it holds??

I don't know about the exact weight, but it takes a set of double duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcases that we only spin at 800rpm so they don't crease. They are quite wet when hung out, hence heavy, and the line deals with it all very well. We're really pleased with the line - it means indoor drying in the winter without having to use the tumble dryer - win win!!

Q: How to fix it to the wall?

It comes with a small tube of nail glue to stick the back plate to the wall. It also comes with screws. The box needs to be screwed to the wall

Q: Does it sag when you hang washing on it?

I haven't extended it to its full 4m. It depends on the amount of laundry you put on it. If it's heavy, it will sag a little due to the tension. But it's not a significant sag. Obviously if you load it with heavy washing it will sag. It has a maximum weight limit at 4m extended. I look at that as a suitcase of clothed going on holiday
