We use this product a quite a bit at home. Our local grocery chain has stopped carrying it so we were happy to find on Amazon. Versatile to use in all sorts of recipes as vegetarians. Has a great flavor and you don't need to use very much per use. Packs a punch of flavor so use sparingly to start and taste your dish and add accordingly to suite you.

Very helpful in the kitchen

I ordered two of these containers of the Knorr Veggie soup base, because I use it almost daily in my WFPB lifestyle, along with Better Than Bouillon, which has to refrigerated. The flavor of this is very good, but a tad salty. Still, I love it.

Great flavor, but a bit salty. Just be sure to add this stuff first, then taste to make sure you even need to add salt. Other than that, very nice flavor and texture. Also blends well with, and into, pretty much everything.

I've tried a variety of bouillon cubes, bouillon concentrate and bouillon paste over forty+ years of cooking. So glad I found this product! It is easy to use a little or a lot, dissolves quickly and boosts flavors in a wide variety of food. I've stopped looking - this product is now a staple in my kitchen.

This product is expensive, but it stretches a long way. I like the texture, flavor of the broth and use it often.

This is much easier to use than the cubes, since it is a granule form. It dissolves quickly. But the taste is definitely different. I would say sweeter and less salty than the vegetable cubes.

Disappointed as the bb date is in 2 days time!
