Does this need to be painted with model paint to look like the picture?

The building itself is a similar color. You can give it a "weathered" look just like the picture with a weathering system like Bragdon FF- 64 Soot Black Weathering System. The areas that are white in the picture will need to be painted. I used acrylic paint.
