Bought this brand new from Amazon, and after 7 months it stopped working. Contacted the amazon customer care and was asked by them to contact the brand. After calling the brand, they refused to give me service or replacement and hung up. I informed Amazon customer care, and was told to send them an email asking for repair or service. I wrote to the brand email id provided by Amazon and received no response to my email. Im now awaiting for Amazon to come and pick up the old product and provide a refund. Amazon was supposed to arrive yesterday, but has not picked up the old product even after 2 days. Im completely dissatisfied inspite of buying an extended warranty for the product. WIll not recommend this to anyone

Product working good but after 1 year will give actual review

Product is good. Value for money.

First of all, it doesn't come with the sealing wire inserted, we have to do it. And unless one is an electrician, its not an easy job. Ok, I did manage to unsert the wire and we used it for a month, and it stopped getting heated, si we changed the wire, and the same thing happened again after some days. Then we have to find a seller for the wire used in this machine. I have used another machine for 5 years without changing wire, so I know that this machine is not sturdy at all.

This product is worth buying.
