How comfortable is this for a side sleeper?

My 14 yr old daughter slept/lived on it for 3 1/2 weeks last year in Cornwall and loved it. Wasn’t too narrow or difficult to get comfy on according to her.

Could i use this without the legs as a suspended hammock?

Potentially if you have enough securing ropes/chains to support from above

Is this suitable for an adult?

I used this at a festival. I’m 6 foot 1 and slept on it pretty easily. It’s not the widest of beds, but I slept comfortably.
