Purchased and set in shop when needed it would not work. Contact customer service at Jegs, sent to tech support. Hooked charger up did not work. Back to customer service and was told sorry. Even if it had not been used it was out of warranty. Have a nice day. Will have to eat the over 150.00 loss on this. As Jegs make a piece of junk. Checked output and charger was less than 5 volts on 12/200 amp setting would not register on other settings. Jegs customer service stinks. Charger was new sitting in shop and had not been used before today. No assistance from Jegs at all.

It worked good at first. I would set the chargr to charge my battery for a hour. I have 9 batteries in my trunk and I don't have time to come check each one. But now the timer stopped working. Only had it for 2 months only used it 3 times. I can see if I had it for 2 yeare but 2 months?? The DC amps indicater is not even close to accurate at all...Not a very good battery charger.

I purchased march 2021,I searched saw this product suppose to be solid and reliable for longer life,this produce worked for my shop less than 25 hours since march 2021 and yesterday saw not working anymore,checked for gauge...etc but no more life after not even 25 hours working for me.
