Q: For (micro?)sd card playback, does it just play everything in the order on the card or is there a way to set it to randomize tracks?

It plays everything in order. There's no random function.

Q: I just bought these and am trying to put it in FM Mode. The manual says to hold down the volume wheel until the LED turns green. It does not. Help!

After you turn on, blue light blinking, press the FM button until blue light no blinking, --- that is bluetooth mode, ready for pairing. Press the wheel until green light on -- that is FM or SD mode. Press the scan button once, the green light blinking, --- that is scan all local stations (takes about 2 minutes), until green light no blinking. Now you can push the wheel up/down to select a station. Push and hold wheel up/down for volume control. Note, if you travel out of town, then you have to re-scan the stations again, the same when you back to home town.

The way I understood the directions was there is only FM so once you get the radio it should already be FM. I live where there is no reception so I haven't really tested this feature yet. The Bluetooth took me a bit to figure out as well. Try this, turn on your headphones Bluetooth (press and hold power button until blue light is solid then turn on your phones Bluetooth and scan. The headphones come up as bluedio. You might have to turn headphones off and try again while your phone is still in Bluetooth mode.
