I used this to dye my favourite shirt that had faded over the years and had a small bleach stain. Great item that is really easy to use and didn't stain my machine. Shirt looks brand new!

Hesitated a bit before buying this, as I was reading lots of reviews about it making a mess of the washing machine. So here's the overall story: I put the dye through on a 40 degree cotton wash, per the instructions. However, on my machine that cycle takes 3.5 hours (!) so when it came to the after wash, I did a 40 degree eco cycle, which takes just over an hour. Colour result was great, it's covered up the bleach marks and it's completely even. There was a fair bit of dye residue on the seal of my machine BUT perhaps if I'd run the full cotton cycle, that might not have been the case. I used a 'magic sponge' first, then put a tiny bit of Persil laundry liquid on a cloth and used that to go around and under the seal, which took off the rest. Was it a faff? Well, yes, but it only took about 20 minutes. I've now run a test wash with a couple of light-coloured tea towels and they've come out fine, so for now I'm saying this product works and I'm happy with it. One other note: I live in a soft water area so there's no limescale build up or residue on my machine. I don't know if being in a hard water area would have any impact on how this dye affects your machine. Hope this helps! UPDATE: No further issues from the dye in subsequent washes!

Das Mittel färbt stärker als auf der Verpackung abgebildet. Deshalb eher sparsam dosieren. Farbstoff versteift die Jeans, deshalb eher für weichen Baumwollstoff geeignet.
