Birth Comics Death Comic Book Value Pack (Includes 25 Issues)

Came with 25 comics as expected. However most of them are DC. VERY FEW MARVEL and NO independent comics at all. The product description says 2/3 marvel and DC. 1/3 independent comics. The product description also says the packs come with 3 cards and a sticker. None of which I received in my pack. I'm kinda let down anytime the product description is not taken into consideration when shipping. However the comics are in nice shape and I got some older titles. So I put that into consideration in my review.

Was very happy with my purchase. Only observation worth bringing up is that most of the books were Marvel. I got 2 bags and only 4 DC books, 1 vertigo, 1 image and some kids comics (invader Zim, Disney princesses, a Simpson). Most grab bags skimp you on Marvel and load up on Valiant and Image with Some DC and a couple Marvel so this is a good thing. The cards were Marvel Masterpieces which are some of the best art cards from the 90s. Then they added a Batman dice game booster which was impressive, not that I need another collection or game to play but well played sir. Most of the Marvel titles were Punisher War Zone (#1 with the cut out was among them 👍) Captain America, X-men Scism and Dark Tower (😄 long days and pleasant nights sai) some lesser known titles like Mother Russia, Captain Britain and MI 13, Morbius, and the savage return of Dracula. Honestly tho, I will buy another few grab bags from this vendor and if you like mystery investments and comics, this bag is calling you. I did not get a sticker, but the vender from Knoxville TN deserves 2 gold stars that sent this!!!

Good amount of comics but some were packaged in obviously old dirty plastic. Maybe 2 or 3 good comics rest aren’t the most popular. Says comics were checked for appropriateness but my husband had to take out 4 or 5 comics he felt were not age appropriate. This was a received close to Christmas Day, so we didn’t return, we gifted those we kept.

Great buy for my young kids looking to get into comics. I have taken to the comic store and they have been overwhelmed with the options and half the time I have to steer them away from the more mature comics. This pack had a great mix of Batman, Superman, Avengers, Fantastic Four, Hulk, X-men, GI Joe, Transformers and a few others I wasn't familiar with. Yes there were a few of each kind, like 2 or 3 Batman and 2 or 3 X-men, but overall a very good mix of reading material. What also impressed me was the time span of the issues. They range from the late 80s to the 2010s so my kids can read comics like I did 20 years ago. One comic was rated teen, but after looking over it, I feel the rating was due to the story line and not because of language or violence, but that is my opinion. Others may not want their you kids reading anything rated teen. All that being said, I can see my self buying another pack again in the future. I definitely feel that these 25 comics were worth the $20 I spent on them.

Nice collection of comics that was well received by my 5 yr. old grandson. All were in wonderful condition and a nice selection. Also appreciated that the seller assured me that the comics were appropriate for a young child. Would order again.

Thank you, thank you and thank you Birth Comics Death for the great collection of comics I did not get any duplicatesor any damaged books it was well wrapped and now I'm enjoying the comics I will buy from Birth Comics Death again.I got 8 DC, 13 Marvel, 1 Dark Horse and 4 Image comics. Also I ordered 25 Comics and got one extra comic nice.

This set is a really great buy for the person trying to get into comic books. For the price you get a great selection of titles to try out and see what suits the you. All comics books are in great condition and include big name superheroes from marvel and dc. If you are thinking about buying a highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

This was a gift for a comic book lover and I had no idea what to expect or if any t=of the comics would be of good quality. I was very surprised at the contents and thought it was well packaged with a great selection.
