These type of things sometimes get unrecognized by the phone. You just have to fiddle with it

Stopped working after a month
The charging stopped responding after a month or so of use. The audio jack still works, but is pointless if I cannot charge my phone while listening to music.

Headphone jack port doesn’t work
Update : I found my other head lol es and this product finally worked I would like to apologize for my previous review. I actually would recommend this product as it does work as it should. I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 5 this is such a helpful item and now I’m going have to get rid of my new headphones.If I could give this product no stars I would I bought this product and it didn’t work the charging port works but as far as the headphone jack it did not I’ll be sending this back or just throw it away.

It does not play sound from both when using the two headphones ports at the same time.
Apparently I did not read the reviews or description well enough. I was looking for a device that would allow two sets of headphones to be used at the same time so that each of my kids could have their own headphones while watching my phone. & being able to charge it at the same time was also needed. Well after discovering that two headphones do not work - only one - I went back to the description & reviews to find my answer was there the whole time. Darn the luck.I gave a 4 stars overall because the adapter does work for (either of) one headphone port & simultaneous charging (simultaneous listening & charging).

Maybe I received a dud...
Brought this for my daughter to use with her Apple devices and it worked great for about 3-4 days, then it stopped allowing simultaneous charging and listening to music via the lightning ports. It allowed one or the other, but not both simultaneously. We never tried the other earphone jack (3.5mm) because we bought it for the lightning port jack, so no opinion there. Seemed like a good product because it worked great for those handful of days, but I am guessing, maybe, I got a dud.

Value for the money
It works like a charm. iPhone sound is full and is charging at same time. Audio port is first class. Used one for over two years before need to replace.

Waste of Money 🤦🏽♀️
Brought this and a couple “c” charging cords a couple months ago for a work trip and I’m sitting here in the airport lounge attempting to use them and to my surprise this converter doesn’t work. I’ve unplugged it turned the plugs around (though that shouldn’t matter) and nothing works. And now I’m stuck 😡😤🤦🏽♀️
