I bought two of these, one for my 11 year old cat that suddenly stopped eating the dry food we keep out, and he became anorexic. He lost 5 pounds which needed to be gained back as quickly as possible for his survival. Coincidentally our other cat become obese. For Cat 1, we need to feed him a high protein wet food diet so that he gains weight, and for Cat 2 we switched to a dry food with fiber so she can lose weight. We needed a way to ensure that the skinny cat only eats the food to fatten him up, and the fat one only eats the diet food. The Sure Feeder works great for that! Each cat eats only what they are supposed to, and both feeders work flawlessly. FYI I have not experienced the problem that others have mentioned regarding one of the cats sneaking behind and eating the other's food - but YMMV. I had one opportunity to call their customer support in the UK (I am based in Dubai), and they were fantastic. One of the feeders had a glitch with a red light blinking and no action, and it was fixed with a simple reboot. But the personal service I received was really terrific. Overall I - and my two cats - have had nothing but positive experiences. If you are in a situation similar to mine, I recommend that you give this a try.

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. We have one cat on a special diet who needs to be able to eat whenever he wants & this is perfect to stop the others stealing his food.

Speedy delivery, original product. Easy to set up I got this to prevent my cat (who is allergic) from eating her brothers food. Works really well but i need the back cover to prevent her from sneaking through the back My only issue with the product is that the dish is too deep and plastic. I noticed my flat nose cat struggling to eat and trying to collect the kibbles from the slippery (and huge) dish. I replaced it with a metal dish and propped it up with a couple of wooden coasters i had

The device I have received was already in use by someone else, missing the big bowl and a mat. The plastic lid was scratched up. And I cannot request the return of the item as it is still being displayed as - Out for Delivery. (The slip inside the box shows that item was shipped on 5th of September, yet only today - 19th of September, I got the update on the shipping and then the same time that it is out for delivery)

They don't last more than a year or so

It is a very expensive plastic cup if it is not going to work properly. I tried calling the customer service number but the line did not exist. I spoke with the chat bot and I am waiting to be contacted. Meanwhile, my initial excitement about the product is completely gone now. I am feeling stressed for having paid hundreds of usd for a product which did not last 3 months.

This is the basic feeder version which is not the connect. It still works with microchip but won’t be able to connect to the app even with the hub

Was working fine until now. It’s been 3 months I bought it and now the feeder opens when my other cat presents its face only without any tag around her net. I am back with the same problem with the one cat eating all the food and the other is a slow eater. Very disappointing for that price.

This is a wonderful device that works perfectly and is very hard to find fault with. I bought it because my elderly cat was having his food stolen by a neighbour's cat and this exceeded all my expectations. It appears to have been improved too, as earlier reviews mention a noisy motor, which can scare cats, but mine is virtually silent. Some reviews also mention how cats can steal food from the side when it is open. But mine has clear plastic screens which help prevent this. Not only does this ensure my cat has the food he wants and the medication he needs, but, because he used to wake me up when there was no food available in the middle of the night, it means I get to sleep better too! It also provides mental stimulation as the cat learns to use it. It did take my cat a little while to get used to it but a cat's natural curiosity helps and it is well worth persevering. It has a training mode which also helps, but my top tip is to put some treats on the front tray. When the cat eats the treats, the main compartment opens and the cat gets a nice surprise that food becomes available! I also recommend setting the switch on the bottom to the slowest closing setting at first. This ensures it stays open for at least 20-30 seconds after the cat moves away so it stays open if the cat picks up some food to eat on the floor, as mine often does, or it just backs away temporarily to gain confidence. But after a while, the natural caution subsides and the cat is happy to use it. I'm summary, I can't recommend it enough. It is fairly compact, feels well constructed and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I only have one cat but I can imagine it is great for multi cat households where one cat needs special food or medicine. Perfect!!

Très bon produit, je n’ai rien à dire fonctionne très bien et ça marche très bien. J’ai même réussi à faire maigrir un de mes chats grâce à elle lui donnait la bonne portion.

Top! Fonctionne avec la puce d'identification ou un pendentif fourni. Fonctionne à piles non fournies. Quelques temps d'adaptation mais ça me paraît bien pour éviter que le chien ne pique dans la gamelle en permanence ! Seul bémol, pas assez en hauteur pour le bien être du chat.mais je recommande
