Bought as a present for a family member and got this in response -Thank you so much for the Eco Gardening book, what an innovative presentation of the amazing diverse nature of soil which never ceases to surprise me.Huge hit! So much so I’ve now bought my own copy too - the photos make it really accessible and it’s clear that the writer not only knows his stuff but is passionate about helping us to know it too! 100% recommend!

I read the book. There are good things to apply anywhere but not very useful for California and western states on the whole.

This book is easy to read and compelling. I’ve been gardening for years but it’s made me think about how I garden: the importance of a closed loop, composting, careful curation of the soil. It’s really inspired me and given me plenty of food for thought and I can’t think of a better endorsement than that. Highly recommend.

This book is a brilliant read for beginners and more experienced gardeners. It shows that with a few simple steps we can all garden ecologically. Photos and instructions are clear and goes to prove you don’t have to spend the earth to save the earth! Highly recommended.
