This juicer is amazing! Easy to use
This juicer is amazing! Easy to use, extracts all the juice, and it's easy to clean. Juiced 50 oranges, 40 lemons, 40 limes all in one setting. It is nice that is come with a strainer to catch the extra pulp. If I had to find a fault, it would be the bottom base only fits a standard size cup. It would be nice if it was little wider to put a larger cup or even a bowl.

OMG this is wonderful. BUT LINE UP THE CUP AND CONE BEFORE USING!!!
This is TOTALLY a first world problem!!! I freely admit it. I enjoy having a gin and tonic but I MUST have fresh lime juice with it. I had come to dread the slicing and squeezing of limes and I'd do about 10 at a time so I didn't have to do it every time I wanted a G&T. It would take me about 20 minutes and my hands would ache afterwards. I finally decided to look into juicers. I read the reviews/ratings of a bunch of them and selected this one as it is heavy (almost 15 pounds), offered free returns, and wasn't painted. (I'd read a lot of reviews of paint chips falling into the squeezed juice.) I just got it and promptly tried it. I am in love. I just squeezed four limes in 20 seconds and my hands don't even know they did anything. One nitpick- I took the metal cup and cone out and washed them before using them. I put them back but didn't notice that there is a small groove on the cone that is supposed to be lined up with some little bumps in the cup and then turned to affix it. So when I first pushed down on the handle to squeeze the first lime, there was a loud crack. I stopped, but nothing seemed broken, so I continued. It wasn't until I finished and went to wash out the cup and cone that the cone wouldn't come out of the cup. That was when I noticed the groove and realized that it should be put in and removed by lining up the groove and the little bump and then turning the cone in the cup. I looked at the directions- there was nothing about this. Fortunately, nothing seems to have broken or bent, but it easily could have. It is heavy, but that keeps it from tipping over. This was one of the heaviest ones. I planned to leave it on the counter, so I'm not lifting it, so heavy was a plus for me. It is moronically simple to clean- you just lift the metal cone and cup out of the machine, turn the cone to line the grooves up with the cup bumps, remove it and rinse them. Maybe it takes 30 seconds? I put a one cup measuring cup under the spout and it fits perfectly and catches the juice. I'm not going to squeeze 100 limes at a time, so one cup more than adequately catches the juice. I will post again after I've used this for a few months, but hopefully it will continue to be wonderful.

Well built!
I am very pleased with this machine. It is very sturdy and easy to clean. It doesn’t take up much space on the counter and works just as I hoped it would. Also not as pricey as many of its competitors.

Good juicer. I recommend it.
Overall I'm happy with this press. Lemons might take a little extra effort to juice, so make small slits through the skins of the half cut lemons which reduces the amount of effort required to juice them. This is the first time I use a citrus press, so I have nothing to compare the experience to. A sieve that rusted: In the box was a flimsy and hard-to-clean sieve. It rusted soon after I washed it the first time. See attached photo. It would have been wise to either pack a quality sieve or not pack one at all. Most kitchens have sieves. (If Switol chooses to pack plastic sieve, it better be BPA-free.)

Good price and solid construction
I shopped around a lot before choosing the Switol and haven't regretted it. Good price and solid construction. No rusting or breaking down or corrosion after several months of usage but does benefit from the occasional tightening (the wrench is included, thankfully)! Really speeds up citrus juicing for cocktails in bulk - previously I had a rotary one which worked well but a manual press does the job about 4 times faster.

love it - buying another for a different location
The juicer is well designed, easy to use and easy to clean. mostly use it for oranges and grape fruit. only comment is that you need to stabilize the base with your hand to be certain the lever does not tip the base - no big deal

Exactly what I was looking for
I purchased the juicer with the additional height to accommodate larger glasses, and it is perfect. This is a restaurant / commercial grade quality juicer. It is worth the money for the quality and durability. Easy to clean and not extremely heavy. We have used it frequently and enjoyed many orange crushes.
