B Dutton Publishing Making Sugar Models: Step-by-step tutorials for 50 cake-top characters

This book is excellent and so much longer than I thought. The tutorials are all clear and easy to follow as there is a photo for every step of the process. I'm finding it very easy to follow along and my models are coming out really nicely. Absolutely love it.

This is such a wonderfully well written book, it can literally turn anyone into a sugar artist. I can only hope there are many more to come! It’s the book you have to have if you want to learn how to make figurines out of sugar paste or modelling paste. 100% recommend!

A really great book for sugar paste modelling. Great for beginners and improvers. Very clear instructions even down to the grams for each part of the model. Clear pictures and tips throughout. Highly recommend this book
