Great smell does a good job

I bought Old Spice Captain by accident. I try different deodorants at the store till I find one I like. When I first tried Old Spice Captain, the very first day I used it, I had three different people tell me they liked the scent. So I use it now.

I've been using the Captain scent of Old Spice deodorants for a couple years now. It's my favorite in their line of scents. I'm very familiar with it. There is something off about this batch of deodorants. I think maybe it's a knock-off and not the real thing. The odor is not as strong and doesn't smell quite right. Also, the deodorant has a gap all the way around within the container. This happens sometimes when they get old and evaporate but they're all like that and the expiration date is shown as Jan. 2026. Buyer beware I suppose. It is still usable so I gave it a 3.

just what i wanted

While I understand the move towards aluminum free deodorants , unfortunately some are allergic to the jell based deodorants. I’ve used old spice in the past, and I’m sure it’s a missed thing but the product description should state if it’s aluminum free or not.
