Good product
I have a 2008 Cadillac Escalade I started using this when I filled up after a 100 Miles, I noticed my car was idling and running so much better. This is a good product. I also use it in all my lawn mowers.

Works as Advertised!
I have been using Stabil for years and thought I’d try this after reading all the reviews. I started with it on an old Poulan Pro 22” Lawnmower and after running a tank of treated gas through it ran a lot better. I moved up through chainsaws, weed eaters, pressure washers, generators, and finally my 2019 Subaru SUV. All ran better with the additive as I run 87 octane gas. I was most impressed with how it made my Subaru run like it had a tuneup done. Acceleration was better, MPG moved up from 27.9 to 28.9. That’s the best it’s ever been. I store about 20 gallons of Gas every Hurricane Season for my generator and treated it with this product last year 10/15/2024. Just tried some today 07/12/2025 in my generator and it fired right up and ran like it was new. Poured the other 15 gallons in my SUV and it runs great. Heading down to resupply my treated gas cans with fresh gas for the coming Season. I can recommend this product for your gas treatment.

Great Product
Noticable Improvement. Started adding this to the last tank of ethanol gasoline, as I'm switching to ethanol free fuel in my Chinese 50cc scooter. Marked Improvement within the first few days. Continuing Treatment, now that it's running ethanol free. Fantastic Morning Startup and Idle.

Good product for price
Good, but Sta-bil is better performance

Treating old fuel.
I used this in my boat. It worked very well, the gas in it was at least two years old at the time. Started and ran very good.

The best fuel treatment I've used for stabilizing fuel long-term and preventing clogs/gumming in small fuel jets!
I first discovered Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment on the shelf at a marine parts store many years ago. Unsatisfied with the performance of Sta-bil, I asked a store clerk what he recommended and he showed me Star Tron. He said it has an active enzyme that "eats away" at gunk and deposits in the fuel. I admit, I was skeptical, but I gave it a try. All I can say is wow! A decade later and this stuff has never let me down. What's so great about it? Whereas Sta-bil works great for fuel that may sit up to 8 months or so, I found that any fuel stored for a year or more would cause problems. I have a very efficient 3.5 hp outboard motor, a small push mower, and a garage-kept motorcycle that all tend to go a long, long time on a single tank of gas due to intermittent or highly seasonal use. Thus, it is not strange for either those engine tanks or my fuel storage containers to have fuel sit more than a year before being fully utilized. After repeated gumming problems with Sta-bil stabilized gas, I switched to Star Tron and ALL of my problems went away. In fact, I poured this stuff into the tank of my outboard which was becoming increasingly difficult to pull-start (the small fuel jets clog very easily) and a few days later, it resumed starting up like a new motor! Thus, I believe the claims that there is an active enzyme in Star Tron that eats away at deposits. This stuff doesn't just stabilize the fuel; it can help clear small partial clogs like I had in my outboard! After the success with my outboard in particular, I started putting it in my push mower, weed whip, and motorcycle. In all cases, it has worked like a charm with no adverse effects to performance. The gas just seems to stay fresh and keep the motors running efficiently, with no backfire problems, smoking, clogs, or other symptoms of fuel-degradation. I also like that you don't have to be very precise in the measurement. Overtreating the fuel does not seem to be a problem (except that you will go through a bottle quicker, of course... I do still try to mix approximately to the specified proportions; I just don't bother getting out a measuring cup to be exact). All in all, I'm totally confident in this stuff. It bears mentioning that I have never had trouble with ethanol in my outboard either. The Star Tron appears to discourage it from separating, as I've never had to flush out the tank--even after a year of no use--due to bad/separated fuel. Highly recommended!

Best fuel treatment and preservative I've used
I use Star Tron anytime I buy gas for mower, tractors, snowblower, and portable generator. Dealer I bought my Honda mower from years back told me about it and said if I used it regularly, I would never have problems with seals deteriorating and other bad effects from ethanol in gas. He was right, I haven't. It seems expensive, but you only need a small amount to treat 5 gallons of gas, so a 16 oz bottle lasts awhile. I usually swap my generator gas out in spring and fall, but didn't get to do it for 20 months due to recovering from a lengthy illness. I finally swapped it out a few days ago, and was afraid the gas would have gone bad after all that time. But flowing through my siphon tube, the gas was a transparent, pale amber just like fresh gas. After the tank was drained, I crossed my fingers and tried to start the generator to burn off gas in the fuel lines and carb. I was amazed - started on the second pull and ran smooth. I did put a can of TrueFuel in and ran it for another five minutes or so. I'll leave it that way until we have a power outage. As far as the old gas, I put another dose of Star Tron in it. I had planned on disposing of it, but now I'm just gonna hang onto it till spring and mix it with fresh gas in my tractors. Star Tron is the real deal . Highly recommended!
